Ice Age (2002)

Who’s in it
Ray Romano, John Leguizamo, Cedris Entertainer, Denis Leary, Jack Black
Should you see this movie?
Yes. This movie is funny, and it is cute, and for the time the animation was a decent, but the idea was and is still really fresh. This movie is about a sloth, Mammoth, and Sabertooth Tiger who take an unusual journey to return a lost baby child. The voices are good, and like I said, having an animated feature take place in the Ice Age has all sorts of possibilities, but this movie isn’t that funny for me. Except…for the opening part with Scrat, the saber tooth squirrel. I laugh my tush off in the 5 minutes intro with him and his nut. The part in the movie with the Dodo’s is particulary funny and helps visualize what everyone assume that bird would have been like. So, in short, everyone should see this, it isn’t as funny as a Shrek but has it’s moments, and it also sets you up for the second one which is better.
