Went to the gym in the morning and then I did some invoicing and trip planning in the morning / afternoon. Sarah went to scrap booking up at church, it was a two day thing that was going on and she obviously wasn’t able to last night.

About 2:45 Kenny and Lori got over to our house. We all headed out to try one new winery, and hit Oliver as well. The new place we went was called Butler. It was really off the beaten path, we got to see some new terrain east of Oliver. The wines there were good, I just don’t know that I would make the effort to get back just because of the drive. We sat outside for a little bit, drank and had some cheese and crackers. Then, we came back to Oliver and did the same. But the nice surprise about Oliver was that they had new “Harvest” wines, Mango, Strawberry and Black Cherry. They are all really good, we sat and drank some of the Black Cherry on location, and Sarah brought some of the Mango home with us.

I tried to get back as soon as I could because there was a guy waiting for me just up the street to make an arcade game part exchange. I dropped everyone off and went and did that really quick.

We then spent about two hours hanging out, talking, playing Ms. Pac-man, playing with Nokes and having some more wine of course. Lori and Kenny headed out to get the kids at about 9, and Sarah and I sat down and wound down the night with a movie, The Pursuit of Happiness. I had a headache from the day, wine does that to me sometimes if I have a good amount without food, so it was a good way to end the night. Long movie, but touching, a lot of sadness to get to the happy part.
