I came home from work today to let the dog out, but turns out, he just let himself out. He was all nuzzled up on the couch like it was one big doggie bed. I did a little survey of the surroundings. He got out of his box and pushed the baby gate aside, which was pretty flimsie, and had the run of the house. I checked by the tv, no problems there, it seemed as though I had gotten lucky and the dog was a really good boy. Ha, that was not the case. I only had an hour of lunch, and soon after I went down the hallway I knew it was going to go fast. He puked down the hallway and peed, and just after I found that, in that little time, he took a huge poop in the kitchen.
I admit I get a little nautious at stinky poop, so I got our my face mask and went at the cleaning. I just felt bad he had to wait so long, and when I got him outside, he did pee just fine. So I left him in the kitchen for the rest of the day, I knew that at least there it would be easier to cleanup.
I was also the first in the door after work. He had peed just outside of his box, but this time, that was it, and he was really playful. We played for just about an hour until Sarah came home and I could go and do something else. But I didn’t. I had found someone who was willing to give me a crate, an adult sized crate that had barely been used. So we went and got that, and just stuck it in the garage for the night. Then we spent the rest of the night playing with the dog, talking with Thomas and Andrea, and watching “How I Met Your Mother”. My skin has gotten so bad that it is white in appearance, and so Sarah put some lotion on me tonight and it just burns on my skin. She also had to put on some Vitamin E, and I just wrapped up for the rest of the night hoping tomorrow is better.
I got to take a little time to work on the computer, doing some organizing and communication, as well as working on the piece of sideart for a Jr. Pacman that I am very exciting about.
