3rd February 2007

Got up at a decent time this morning to start the day. I met Brian at the gym for Bi’s and Tri’s. Sarah couldn’t go because she had her last basketball game, a makeup from when the school lost power. After, I went to Best Buy to get a new UPS for the computer because the one I have, although it is good, doesn’t have enough power to support all of the stuff I have hooked into it.

When I got home I worked on the blog, had some more breakfast, and then headed down to work at 12:30. We were going to take apart my office, which was the last piece, and get it over to the new office. I got online and posted a server on freecycle and got someone to pick that up, and then my boss and I moved my stuff over to Beech Grove. I stayed there and tried to do some setup before Monday.

I headed out, stopped in at Lowe’s for a light switch plate, got some awesome apple pies from Rally’s (fried with cinnamon and sugar on top), and then headed over to church. At 3:30 I promised to help John Durkin, and a slew of people, move furniture to the newly finished youth room. It is pretty amazing how they transformed that area down in the basement of the old church where all of the ventilation and other stuff is located, and there is such little space to use.

When I got home, Sarah and I had some dinner. Then, I worked just a little bit on the computer before my wife needed to do some of her schoolwork for the class she is taking. I took the time to work on a computer for her at a later date, since the ones we have are in different states of disarray from my arcade projects. I went upstairs, rested some, and watched some of “The Tick” cartoon.

She finished up, her paper about herself was very funny, we took a little “new” family shot, and she was good to go. I had some freelance stuff that I worked on until about 10 pm, and I went upstairs to watch a movie, have some popcorn, and wind down the day. We finished “Grosse Point Blank”, and by we I mean me, Sarah didn’t make it. I stayed out for some SNL and then went to bed.
