Yeah! The wireless network is hooked up.

I got the box on Monday, and tonight with Chris’ help and instruction, we got the network up and running in the house. So now Sarah has a battery backup, and connect to the DSL with pretty good speeds, 768kb up and about 348kb down. I ended up getting a Gigabyte wireless kit with card and access point with WPA (Wi-fi Protected Access) enabled. It should be that much more secure than WEP, which I guess had major security flaws, and can only be implemented with Service Pack 2 for Windows.

I tied up some loose ends tonight while Sarah entertained, but I am feeling pretty darn tired for it only being 11. But tomorrow we are going to continue some exciting remodeling at work, so I should get to bed.
