Went to the gym this morning at 6 am and worked my tail off. I paid for it as the day went on, I did not feel good, and by the end of the day I had a throbbing headache. When I got home I slept for an 1:15 or so, then Sarah and I ate dinner together.

I talked and worked with a client on the phone until about 9, and then talked with John Durkin about lifting for a little while.

Tonight also had the premiere of the new x-men trailer, that was really awesome.
