Long day that started out not so great.

The teaching thing did not go well today. The kids were not being good an listening, or making up excuses, or whatever kids do at that age when they are immature with a safety net still. That is fine though, I know I did that also and was a lot more cocky, and thanks to my parents I turned out ok in the end. But I didn’t make any terrible terrible decisions in terms of schools and classes, so hopefully if some of them flunk it won’t hurt them later on.

Work was normal, but I was trying to figure out how I could get back to the gym today and a movie. Well, I did the gym, saw John and Jim, but didn’t make the movie. That was fine, I got to talk to Emily Johnson and to Justin. Justin and I talked about a lot of stuff, it felt like a really long time, even though it was only a week and a half.

Then Sarah and I had some time together, we just sat around, watched a little tv and chatted about our days. I missed her on my trip. I did get to end the night with a little typing about my trip and some other miscellaneous things I needed to do for clients or emailing or whatever else. But all in all, I did get through as much of my trip as I had wanted to. Tomorrow is a new day.
