I don’t have any time this morning to write something too long, I am getting to work late.

But, we did lock in our interest rate for next month at a very low rate from what I keep hearing. Not too many years ago the interest rate was at 9% or 7% and even the latter was a pretty good deal. Well, ours is lower then that, and even lower then a month or so ago when we met with our mortgage lender. Things had gone down, so that was a nice surprise.

Now we turn to the apartment. Because Beech Meadow Apartments tends to be lazy in the times they have available office hours and actually getting to residents requests, we have to make special efforts to tie up our year long stay. Beech Meadow Apartments also has also been terrible about giving us forewarning about things, like re-paving that had it been one day later they would have towed my car. They only gave like 4 days notice. Then sometimes when they give notice, they don’t even do anything, like requesting that we unload our storage area to clean the furnace. Then they never came.

We have come to realize that Beech Meadow Apartments doesn’t care about it’s renters and we are glad to leave. We also just discovered a hole in our closet ceiling that has been leaking water onto some of my computer boxes. Nothing was in them fortunately, but, just another notch on the belt.
