The negotiations for our dream house continue!

If you stopped by the other day, you saw photos of a house that Sarah and I visited last Saturday. We loved it instantly and decided to hurry up and make an offer on it before it vanishes. Saturday night over some Panera bagels, we drafted up an offer and gave it to the sellers.

By 2:00 we had a counter offer back. Yeah, not so much.

So we counter offered back, and they did so again today, and tomorrow, we write back yet another counter offer. We hope it is the last one. We went to see another house last night in hopes that maybe it would be so phenomenal that it would give another choice. It was an great location, but just an ok house.

So we should know probably more by late tomorrow on our most current counter offer and we will go from there!
