Last night ended up being a pretty crazy night. After we got home, Sarah and I took some time to write about Kellogg on the blog, and got almost four more memory heavy days written down.
Then we took a quick errand to run a movie back to Blockbuster. When we got back, I got on the phone with a friend in Pittsburgh, and Sarah hung out until it was time to leave. We thought the play was at 7:30, but apparently it started at 7, we were the jerks walking in 25 minutes late. I keep telling everyone, however, that by our standards we were early which is pretty good for us. Godspell was really good, I was impressed with the movement, energy, and inventiveness of the kids. You have to know that a lot of the stuff was ad libbed, and we happen to know the director so she did confirm just that.
After the play we stood around and talked, Paula, Dave, Jeff and us (the other Jeff). It sounded like no one was doing anything, and even though we were supposed to stop by and see the teachers, we just brought Jeff and Dave back with us, and then Sarah (the other one) and Paula met us later.
The guys played a couple super rounds of redneck golf outside since the temps were in the 60’s all day, and then we played a new made up game, Snow Baseball and it was spectacular. I won, being the baseball player and all.
We then came inside, had some more drinks and played Kings with Drinko and had a good old time. Lots of fun stories came out. Everyone left at about 2 and then we crashed.
