Food Fight Kickplate Photos

Here is most of what I got. I took some time today to straighten them, getting them ready to start the overall artwork.

I have that one good shot of the whole kickplate, and then closeups of a bunch of the individual objects. I am sure I’ll need more as I go along, but some good Food Fight shots to start either way.

I am really excited about being able to poke around with this when I have time. I think the Food Fight kickplate in vector format would be a desirable item for most collectors to have printed, either to collect or to put on their actual machines. The kickplate is smaller than the sideart, and probably most worn by people’s feet. A collector may be more likely to replace that piece than the whole Food Fight sideart with a couple …

Tetris PCB has arrived

I won the Tetris arcade PCB over a week ago off ebay, so after having to wait to transfer paypal payment to my account (why does that take so stinking long?), I paid for it and it was waiting for me at home on my doorstep today.

It said JAMMA in the auction, and that it worked. I don’t see “JAMMA” by the edge connector, but maybe that isn’t on every board. Either way, hope to try it out this weekend when Paul comes over to help me finally …

Rotheblog 2.0 (WordPress) Launched!

After over two long months of work, I am putting out my informal “Beta” launch of the revised Rotheblog.com.

Tennis, Rotheblog launch & Candlelight

After church today I got to talk with Jim a little bit about his experience with the GMAT. He went to U of I, and he had the good fortune of having Cummins help with his education. He did really awesome on his exam, and I got some good information that helped me focus my direct that much more and my plan of attack.

One GMAT down, one to go

I got up with plenty of time in the morning to get a better grip on what was going down for my test.

I figured out that somehow, I got registered for two practice exams, one at Kelly Business school, and one at U of I. I was glad that I was registered for U of I, because as of last night I thought I was going to have to travel downtown, which is in general, that much more of headache when planning for time.

Right after work I got over to the gym and met up with Dave. Today was Sarah’s last day of her fall break, and she was spending it with Kim, being a great friend and helping her make it to the mall to take care of some things, including the baby announcements.
